The addition of “publisher” to my Profile Summary is not an error. After many years in the “medical analytics and programming field” and with gratitude to all my clients who provided me with those opportunities, I have decided pursue another endeavor. I am launching an e-publishing operation with a focus on author services. Staffing is not yet complete, particularly with regard to book design and voice talent for audio books, but I anticipate being “up and running” in early to mid 2018. My continuing thanks to those of you who made Paladin Consulting successful and my hope for your good wishes for Jumping Cats Publishing. An author myself, I started Jumping Cats in 2017 to fill the space between conventional publishers and vanity presses. I have written within a variety of genres, have a strong IT background after years in the health care data field, and previously owned an advertising agency. With that eclectic set of experiences, authors can be confident that I can meet their needs, including editing, design, illustration, recording, and document data conversion and, most importantly, the successful launch of their book. I also spent 25 years in system analysis, project planning and design, and custom programming for healthcare institutions throughout the U.S. Projects range from simple reports to complete systems.
