I am highly interested into a management position with a strong company, one that has the ability for growth and success for both me and the business. I am very interested in moving into a higher Management position in the future. I believe that I would be a great asset to any team. I bring to the table over 15 years of supervisory and management skills. I have been working in manufacturing environments which produce various high quality products for over 25 years. I am well versed in Lean manufacturing principles along with Six Sigma Projects, Kanban systems, and 5S principles. I have in excess of 20 years working in the aerospace industry and extensive machine shop experience. I have considerable knowledge of CNC Mills, Lathes, and Grinders. I have a proven track record in training and developing my subordinates in all areas of manufacturing and providing metrics of those successes to management. I have written numerous SOP’s that have resulted in decreased set-up times and improved run times on various types of equipment thusly saving the companies valuable money. I have been instrumental in bringing in new equipment that will do the job faster and with less people while maintaining a 12 month ROI. I have an AS in Computer Science and a BS in Management.
