About James Wagner

Currently leading a new Enterprise Project Management Office within the Business Transformation organization. After establishing and building the team, we are working to improve Project Management maturity, introduced centralized project management systems and redefining processes within the company. With depth of knowledge in advanced technology product development, operations and manufacturing, at large, medium and small companies, my experience ranges from highly specialized engineering work to broad, multifunctional program/project and operations management. Through leading multifunctional teams and often being selected to improve products and processes that are in a critical state, my technical and operations skills have been tested in various environments. These situations involved intense customer pressure, low yield situations, critical revenue deliverables and quality issues. Further, my management experience has involved leading narrowly focused teams, as well as multifunctional teams consisting of direct reports and indirect reports both at junior and Director levels. I have lead, or formally managed product and process teams for over 15 years. The management techniques that I typically employ are collaborative, creative, balanced and efficient, and create a consistently fair and positive working environment to allow teams to navigate effectively though challenges and obstacles with a sense of urgency.
