James Waite is the Education Adoption Consulting Manager for SAS US. Combining a keen business acumen with technical knowledge, James provides value to customers by engaging all levels of management in a mentoring and trusted advisory capacity to help define vision, identify and establish strategies to overcome challenges, and ensure successful adoption of SAS software. James brings to the role a keen business acumen and 20+ years of technical training, which combine a strong understanding of what *can* be done and what *should* be done. His technical expertise and passion for building relationships have led to many roles - trainer, consultant, mentor, advisor - all of which have a common thread: focus on customer success. With a penchant for analogies and storytelling, James helps customers define a vision for what can be and, more importantly, how it can be realized.
