My name is James Wareham and I excel at problem solving and improving business processes, making them faster and more accurate, to save both time and money. I have over 10 years of Analyst experience in Sales, Finance and IT Databases, supporting sales growth and increasing efficiency by conducting research and developing databases, spreadsheets and reports for leading firms. In every job that I have held while attaining my BBA and MBA at Baker University, I have taken a leadership role and proactively improved the business processes and eliminated any found problems. A few of my key achievements are: Initiated the research of problems within the sales compensation plant at Embarq and developed a plan to correct them. Drastically reduced the amount of time necessary to process invoices at Sprint, increasing productivity. Advised the President of Wareham Corporation to expand the services offered at their Opera House to include more potential clientele, increase the overall revenue. Currently, as an Systems Analyst at MIQ, Developed an understanding of the technology supporting the software applications in order to drive functionality, data structures, integration points, communication packages, user interfaces and application usability. My MBA was completed in 2011. Yet, I remain a student for life, continuously learning about new technologies and systems that can provide innovative ways to improve operational productivity. I am interested in using my skills and knowledge to help Sales, Hospitality or Technology and Service based businesses prosper as well as to help in other industries where my well-rounded skill set can make a positive impact.
