I am purposeful in providing a high level of expertise in all areas of Desktop Services operations, remote desktop support and customer service methodologies, ensuring a professional, efficient, and customer focused interface to all end-users. Likewise, I have the ability to work independently and cooperatively within teams to facilitate the most effective corporate environment. I am adept in working effectively with technical managers and staff and have the ability to understand technology issues and work with all people to resolve problems. I am completely mobile and willing to travel to deployment locales across the country. My experience in IT related to the Health Care industry has equipped me with a distinguishing influence related to Desktop Analyses. My deployments in Desktop Analysis cemented my knowledge and expertise in: PC and client software installations and upgrades including installing, configuring, testing and maintain end-user workstations; installing and maintain Desktop and Laptop personal computing hardware and software; performing analysis, diagnosis and resolution for end-user and implement corrective solutions; performing installations, moves, additions and changes for PCs.
