The print industry has changed over the years and we must adapt with it to stay on top of the industry. Most of the old school skill sets for Pressmen has become lost and forgotten with technology and automation. With maintenance of the equipment, it is quite the opposite. Your skill set has to remain sharp, growing and intact to fully understand the scope of what it takes to keep equipment running at an 80% or better capacity.
