I am a hard working, highly motivated and meticulous individual who is dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of health & safety. Integral to this has been my ability to make decisions, and communicate with staff across all levels, highlighting to them the vital importance of health & safety and how it benefits the organisation. My experience combined with my knowledge of incident management, and performing site risk assessments, has helped me identify hazards and risks, and provide solid recommendations as well as formulating action plans. In addition to my health & safety experience I have also developed and managed two incident/risk management systems for the NHS. These systems were Safeguard and Datix, and I designed and launched the incident reporting, risk register, CAS Alert, and complaints modules. Overall I am highly capable, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and more than prepared to rise to a challenge.
