CAREER HIGHLIGHTS • Perform enterprise-level scope and complexity, driving infrastructure development across 24 divisions, the management of all cloud functions and extensive consolidations for efficiency within a $2M budget. • Captured $85K in annual savings by migrating data center physical servers to VMware, eliminating legacy hardware and corresponding third-party warranties, and moving from a co-location hosted data center to an onsite facility, vastly improving network performance. • Managed the physical installation of an information technology infrastructure for a sq.ft. warehouse enabling expansion of business and revenue. • Led the conversion of physical servers to a virtual environment, supported by 350 plus VMware guest servers, across 31 host networks, saving $100K in annual expenditures through reducing the physical space, real estate costs, as well as electrical and utilities costs, enabling greater efficiency in management of products and quality assurance. • Migrated 4 multi-national networks creating one cohesive network able to support the diverse needs of each location with zero downtime and improved communication capabilities. • Developed and managed global vendor relationships across US, UK, and AU to support the delivery of managed IT services and optimize operational environments. • Led the project of physically moving datacenters with 150 servers with only a 60-hour window to complete and accomplished all 18 hours ahead of schedule. • Created a multi-year, phased approach to protect over 100Tb of data, through establishment of a disaster recovery plan in the event of failure of an entire office and within extreme budget constraints. • Implemented Aerohive Network’s wireless infrastructure with 400+ access points including 20 sites across the country, eliminating dead spots, slow performance and controller failure resulting in hundreds of thousands of dollars of revenue saved. • Performed a two-month total replacement of the server infrastructure, implementing enterprise class systems to support and enhance overseas operations.
