About James Westvold

Legal name is James but I prefer to go by Logen. This creative mind has spend over two decades perfecting my craft. Over the past 28 years the skills I have gathered include hand drawn art, painting, clay sculpting, film and digital photography, digital media editing, and digital video editing. In 2014 Edison State College (now FSW) presented me with an Associate's Degree in general studies which I began working towards in 2012. In Spring 2019 I earned my certificate in Digital/Multimedia Design where I gained my Adobe certificates in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro. Through those four certificates I gained a certificate as a Certified Adobe Visual Design Specialist! After completing school, Impact Team Sports employed my skills as a designer for their part time art director position. There I learned to use CorelDraw to prepare artwork for heat pressing, screen printing, and cutting tackle twill; as well as coating and burning screens, cutting heat press vinyl, and heat pressing the material myself. During season I serve as spotlight operator at TheatreZone in Naples, Florida. That's just the start of my career as a designer! I am available for freelance and contractual design work. Currently a student at FGCU studying art and anthropology.
