About James Wetherington

I spent years in the retail and technical support industry only to find myself running a small business that I devote endless time and passion into. I worked with a small team to turn a single failing store into a multi-million dollar company with 4 (and more to come) successful stores. Most of my work tasks center around company infrastructure improvements, web presence growth, project management, product acquisition, and company policies/procedures. With the help of endless web-based resources, I have also become proficient enough to assist with developing our business website and eCommerce. My previous work experience centered around the retail industry and information technology support field. In the sales and retail fields I've been a sales representative, sales manager, and store manager before my current job. In the IT field I assisted clients directly with basic to advanced application and operating system support alongside server data management among different OS platforms. My biggest contribution to my workplaces has been constant drive to learn and improve. This has remained my primary force behind the success I've seen now, however none of this was possible alone. My coworkers and staff have been the key to the morale and productivity in the workplace. Discovering who best fits into your team will always be a vital component to any growth.
