I’m a senior IT leader with experience across TechOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Internal Platforms. Over the years, I helped scale OVO Energy’s IT operations from supporting to over employees globally - leading through acquisitions, reorgs, and rapid growth. Lately, my work has focused on internal tooling, collaboration platforms, and automation - making technology more seamless and better integrated for the people using it. I’ve led initiatives that saved over hours annually, managed multi-million pound budgets, and built teams that deliver workplace tech at scale. I’ve worked across platforms including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, AWS, Atlassian, Workday, Salesforce, Slack and more - spanning identity, endpoint management, observability, cloud, and service delivery. What I care about most is building teams that feel trusted, supported, and able to do their best work - especially during times of change. I take a calm, practical approach to leadership and value clarity, empathy, and steady delivery.
