Jim is a 35+ year veteran of the real estate lending profession. He has owned, operated and acted in the capacity of CEO/President for two successful commercial and residential mortgage brokerage companies, and a residential real estate brokerage company. He has also worked as a Branch Manager for several retail origination offices for a few major mortgage banking companies. Jim has been in a management role and has been a top sales producer at most every company he has worked for. He attributes his success to his attention to detail, listening to what his customers want and need, and applying his extensive knowledge and experience to get the job done efficiently and on time! Jim thrives on creating strong trusting business relationships, based on earned confidence via on-time successful closings, all in concert with a people-oriented culture.
