During his career James was a key resource assisting his clients with moving to various hosted platforms, SIP toll free transformation projects, security and designing self-service IVR solutions. James has helped transformed more than 50+ customers from traditional to IP and contact center migration projects. During his 26-year career with Verizon James has served in a service, sales, install, engineering and billing expert roles.
