About James Willard

My name is James Willard, and I am a graduate of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville with a degree in Chemical Engineering. I worked for Pepsi Beverages between 2011 and 2014 as a production supervisor, primarily on carbonated soft drinks canning and bottling production. From 2014 to present day I have worked for PECOFacet, now a part of the IPF Division of Parker-Hannifin. With Parker I have focused primarily on engineering support for end-user applications, Research and Development of new filtration technologies and equipment, and customer support. I have experience with 5S, Food Processing, GMP standards and training, Process Engineering, Food Quality and Food Safety, Personnel Management, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Consumer Products. I am also experienced in industrial filtration technologies including related process concerns from wellhead to end user in the oil and gas industry. My skill set also includes experience with computer systems, and I can learn many programs quickly. I have experience in Visual Basic for Applications, MATLAB, ChemCad, and the Microsoft Office Suite. My objectives are to further my career in Chemical Engineering and process engineering, with an emphasis on process improvements, optimization, design, and R&D.
