Thirty years ago, I began an ongoing initiative to learn about and practice healthy living through proper diet, supplementation, and exercise. I understand your market and customer because I am your customer. Training programs, vitamins, nutritional supplements, autoship, sports nutrition, wellness supplements, and the like – I have used, continue to use, and learn about all of these and more. Beyond being your customer – I filter everything through a sales and marketing lens. I analyze while I consume and purchase. Because of this I can often spot weaknesses and deficiencies in your marketing that other writers can’t.
