I am an Inventory Control Technician at Sutter Health, where I oversee the operating room and sterile materials storeroom inventories. I have more than three years of experience in logistics and warehouse management, having previously worked as a Logistics Supervisor at Gemini Bio. I have also received Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Education at the University of California, Davis, where I have gained valuable knowledge and skills in human behavior, learning, and development. In my current and previous roles, I have demonstrated my ability to coordinate and manage the shipment and distribution of goods, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery to customers. I have also developed and implemented logistics standard operation procedures and policies, effectively communicating these guidelines to the staff for consistent execution. I have cultivated a positive and supportive learning environment, both as a tutor and as a leader, encouraging students and colleagues to thrive in challenging academic and professional settings. I am passionate about optimizing inventory processes and communication, leveraging my psychology and education background to understand and address the needs of various stakeholders.
