With over 12 years of retail experience in various settings and roles, I am a customer service lead with expertise in retail and office administration. I currently work at Food Lion, where I assist the front of the store with multiple functions such as cashiering, bagging, mobile orders, customer service desk, and cart retrieval. I am also OSHA certified, which demonstrates my commitment to safety and compliance in the workplace. In addition to my customer service lead role, I am also a page moderator at Ck's Crafting, an online shop that sells handmade crafts and accessories. I help manage the shop's social media presence, respond to customer inquiries, and promote the products. I am also a self-published author at Kindle Direct Publishing, where I have published a Novella Series. I enjoy expressing my creativity and passion for writing through these platforms.
