Not only is this my area of expertise, but it is also at the core of my work as a Relationship Manager that leverages qualitative data, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning to drive a high-performing culture, improve performance, build capacity, and achieve long-term organizational success. With more than 10 years of experience in the Education Sector, some of my greatest contributions and areas of impact to date include: Pioneering an institutional committee, Inclusive Action, dedicated to advancing continuous professional development for students and staff on diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion. Developed and drove the department’s talent strategy in collaboration with the marketing and outreach team to meet application recruitment and talent pool goals. Designed and launched a program implementation strategy and curriculum for two inaugural programs within the first 90 days, including a coaching, training, and interview matching model. Above all, I am committed to building, strengthening, and empowering communities and stakeholders to advance inclusion, diversity, accessibility and close equity gaps.
