About Jameson Allen

I’m introducing the world to a new way to predict and respond to weather. As a Strategic Growth Partner with FLASH Weather AI, I help organizations safeguard lives, operations, and assets through end-to-end AI-powered severe weather alerts—from hyperlocal lightning prediction (99.6% accuracy) to revolutionary hail forecasting and historical reporting.Alongside my work in weather intelligence, I also bring experience in the roofing and construction industry, where I provide homeowners and businesses with peace of mind through service-forward roofing solutions and insurance-claim expertise. From guiding clients through inspections to managing complex projects, I ensure quality, trust, and long-term protection. No job is too small or roof too big. At the intersection of technology and construction, I thrive on building strategic partnerships that deliver measurable impact—whether it’s helping a school district reduce weather risks, a golf club protect its members, or a business secure its investments. I’m always open to connecting with leaders in sports, utilities, insurance, construction, and beyond who want to build safer, more resilient communities.
