Hello, I'm Jameson! A Southern Californian at heart, now thriving in the vibrant Pacific Northwest scene. I bring creativity, critical thinking, and a human-centered approach to my business process and solutions design work. I'm a process-driven professional with a rich project management, communications, digital strategy, and client services background. My passion lies in fostering more inclusive and equitable workplace experiences by cultivating accessible learning environments. In addition, I am keenly focused on designing efficiencies that protect neurodiversity and prioritize mental health as an essential principle. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with dynamic teams across various sectors. I am currently working as the Salesforce & Operations Administrator at AnswerLab. During my tenure, I have led numerous process improvements resulting in more delightful end-user experiences and over $75K in yearly cost savings for the organization. One of my proudest achievements is leading a portion of the Human Centered Workplace project in 2022, which facilitated research on LGBTQIA+ workplace experiences and improved healthcare offerings for trans and non-gender conforming staff. I also completed a half-year mentoring program with the AnswerLab SVP of Operations, where we crafted an organizational change management guide and honed my executive leadership skills. In my personal life, I channel my creativity and analytical skills into gardening, landscaping, crafting handcrafted espresso beverages, and automating everyday house chores. These hobbies reflect my passion for creating efficient, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly environments - a passion I carry into my professional life.
