About Jamey Pomeroy

I’m a high-performing Account Executive with 7+ years at Paylocity, specializing in consultative SaaS sales within the HCM space. I’ve generated nearly $1.5M in revenue and earned President’s Club and Circle Bonus recognition by consistently aligning solutions to real business outcomes. My background spans both implementation and sales, giving me a deep understanding of payroll, HR operations, and compliance — and allowing me to speak credibly with executive stakeholders. I regularly partner with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and CHROs to uncover operational challenges, build ROI-driven business cases, and guide organizations through complex buying decisions.I thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments and am motivated by opportunities to drive strategic value, long-term partnerships, and scalable growth. I’m currently seeking to bring this experience into an enterprise-focused role where complexity, executive engagement, and impact are core to the work.
