As a Project Manager, I create, maintain, and track software project plans and schedules, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope and resource budget. I also coordinate internal and external resources, troubleshoot technical issues, and facilitate software deployment. I have a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and Economics from the University of the Western Cape and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. I have also obtained a Service Hub Software certification from HubSpot, demonstrating my proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. I have a passion for delivering outstanding customer support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. I have excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as a reputation for excellence and attention to detail. I enjoy taking on challenges, working with little direction, and thriving in high-pressure situations.
