I'm a HealthCare operations professional with 13 years of experience in Revenue Cycle services, specializing in Patient Access. What draws me to this work is the ability to lead meaningful projects that directly impact front-end operations, patient experience, and performance outcomes. I'm especially passionate about project management because it allows me to bring structure, clarity, and measurable results to complex healthcare initiatives. My journey started in front-line Patient Access and evolved into leadership, and now program management where I support 17 hospitals across our organization. Along the way, I've learned that success is rooted in clear communication, strong collaboration, and a willingness to lead through change. I recently earned my MBA from Western Governors University, where I deepened my strategic and analytical skills. I take pride in bringing both business insight and frontline empathy to every project I lead. This year, I'm working towards my goal of becoming a Director of Patient Access. A role where I can lead larger teams, influence organizational wide strategies, and continue creating systems that work better for patients and providers alike.
