I work with clients on a variety of challenges; small business, work from home, entrepreneurship opportunities. I am also a self-published author and NY Times Bestseller in fiction. I have worked in corporate America in Operations Management and Training. I have a bachelor in science of applied psychology with a concentration on media and technology. I believe learning and continuing education is a life long endeavor. I am enrolled in a doctoral program at Walden University for clinical psychology.My management style is expressive with a good mix of industrial. I care about my employees and also focus on productivity and meeting KPIs. I took a hiatus to start our family and now that our daughter is older am looking to return to corporate America management with a work from home position. I work at home as a leadership coach, have helped multiple small businesses expand and grow through my coaching services, and continue to help individuals with self limiting beliefs, procrastination, time management, being productive, finding work and home life balance, and creating their BEST future through effective goal planning. I currently run a membership community called Design your Desired Future in partnership with the Learnie app.I created my own goal planning process called SMART WINS which is an adaptation to the SMART plan with a little more focus on the small things that trip us up in action plans. I am innovative and my mind is wired to look at processes and streamline them into more effective systems.I utilize self discovery and motivation when teaching managers and clients about goals and action plans to make sure each plan is personalized to help them attain higher success in a quicker manner.
