With over 10 years of experience in managing healthcare businesses and operations, I am a skilled practice manager who has overseen accounting, HR, payroll, quality, and general administration departments, and assisted the IT and marketing teams in streamlining processes and increasing productivity. I have successfully created and implemented company-wide SOPs, work instructions, and employee policies, as well as a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 13485:2016 standard. I have also implemented a new Oracle ERP system and several module add-ons, creating advanced workflows and reporting. I manage, hire, and train both on-site and remote personnel, and maintain high-level customer and vendor relationships. I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of healthcare services and products, and empowering my team to achieve excellence and customer satisfaction.
