About Jamie Anker

I am a positive, hardworking and confident person. I have a passion for IT and technology, but I also enjoy meeting and working with other people from all walks of life. My main experience/skill set lies in my people skills, systems administration in Windows/Mac/LInux environments and Level 2/3 support. I have worked numerous support & Systems administration based roles in the past 5 years; roles at Msp’s, financial services services, Creative/Advertising companies and with my current role at a Large Online Record and music equipment shop called Juno- These roles have given me a broad understanding of IT functions in an upbeat and fast paced environment and enabled me to develop deep technical know how. Furthermore with myself being someone who loves to help enable those around me to be their best selves and having gained experience over the past year since the previous IT manager at Juno left in January 2020. I would very much like the next step in my career to be a more managerial/people based position. I feel now is the time to make the next step in my career's direction and one which utilises my skill set to its best extent.
