With over 20 years of experience in the retail industry, I am a passionate and results-oriented Director of Retail for REVOLVR Menswear and Evrgreen Clothing, two of the leading small retailers in the West. I oversee the operations, sales, and staff development of 6 stores across two states, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction, profitability, and brand identity. My core competencies include multi-store operations, employee training and retention, sales performance and analysis, inventory management, and merchandising. I have successfully increased sales and revenue, and implemented best practices and standards across the district.
