About Jamie Applegate

As a human resources coordinator at Gogo Business Aviation, I support the HR team in various aspects of employee engagement, performance management, full-cycle onboarding, and recruitment. I also coordinate learning and development programs for the organization, such as, training and mentoring. I have a BA in Psychology from Naropa University, where I developed my passion for helping others and solving interpersonal issues. I am also a Gates Millennium Scholar and a Horatio Alger National Scholar, which reflect my academic journey and leadership potential. I have multiple certifications in the cannabis industry, which demonstrate my adaptability and versatility in a new industry. I enjoy working with diverse and innovative people, and hope to join a company with similar values. Looking forward to the next chapter of my career!
