Jamie Barfield, CSP has twenty years of Human Resources experience in the manufacturing sector. Her knowledge in co-employment, safety, worker’s compensation and claims management, unemployment, employee relations, training, and retention, creation of organizational structuring, strategic business planing, creating and implementing internal and external employee policies, operational procedures, and employment law aides in keeping Phoenix competitive and compliant. She is a member of the American Staffing Association, Georgia Staffing Association, Madison Chamber, Henry County Council for Quality Growth and Society for Human Resources. She has licenses as a First Responder and Forklift trainer, sits on the Industrial Section Policy Council for the American Staffing Association, holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and was part of the 2012-2013 Leadership Newton class.
