Implemented Hyper-V replication to off-site location, providing protection in case of major disaster. Provided initial recommendations based on client's requirements. Directed the execution of sub-projects and monitored final product to conclusion. • Managed MS-SQL Database migration project for medical specialist group. Assisted Database Consultant and Office manager with splitting user's data from the original database and migrating the result into a new SQL Server environment. Facilitated scheduling and confirmed that the final product was both finished and complete. • Designed and implemented Physical to Virtual migration at Hotel Saskatchewan. Successfully migrated three separate physical machines onto one single server using Hyper-V technologies. • Managed and implemented Physical to Virtual migration at former Wascana Center Authority. Converted their server environment to Windows Server 2008 R2 Data Center, changing the layout from one physical server doing may roles to multiple virtual servers performing specific roles. Worked with site liaison to properly implement the new technologies while causing minimum downtime and disruption to users.
