I’m a results-driven professional specialising in AI Voice solutions, workflow automation, and marketing strategy. At CommsChannel, I lead the rollout of our AI Voice offering—from sales pitching and demos to solution design, production, and client onboarding. Our platform enables resellers to deliver smarter, more natural customer interactions with the support of Australian SIP trunking. My role also spans: Automation & integrations – building workflows in n8n, including an Outlook-to-AI Voice integration and a mobile bill comparison system for partners. Marketing support – creating LinkedIn content, assisting with blogs, and producing/editing videos to strengthen CommsChannel’s digital presence. Sales enablement – supporting campaigns and demos that help resellers showcase our solutions more effectively. I focus on connecting technology, marketing, and business outcomes—combining technical expertise, creative communication, and a collaborative mindset to deliver solutions that make a tangible impact. Earlier in my career, I worked in the FMCG industry as a Product Developer and Packaging Technologist, building strong foundations in innovation, quality assurance, and compliance—skills I continue to apply today.
