Jamie Cook is a skilled Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering project management services within the healthcare sector. While working as Manager of Space Operations at University Health Network (UHN), Jamie led the development of UHN’s new organization-wide space allocation policy and standards across 4 hospitals and 9 sites. Adept at move management, FF & E, and operational readiness, Jamie has implemented hundreds of large and small moves and furniture reconfigurations, developing scope, schedule, and budget for each. She also played a key advisory role to UHN’s Executive Leadership for Space and Master Planning and drove project process improvement initiatives. In addition to delivering projects of all sizes on time and on budget for her clients, Jamie has been the Lead Trainer responsible for multiple hospital program initiatives, both internal and external, including the implementation and installation of Healthcare Facilities Management software at over 15 large and small community Ontario hospitals.
