Whether managing fully remote teams across time zones or collaborating face-to-face in high-energy studio environments, I prioritize psychological safety, mentorship, and clarity. I believe people do their best work when they feel seen, supported, and challenged in the right ways. My background spans leadership, marketing, design, IT coordination, and proposal strategy—often for public-sector and education clients, including campaigns where nuance, regulation, and human-centered storytelling were non-negotiable. I bring that same sensitivity to every project, especially those involving wellness or complex messaging needs. My leadership style? Part creative coach, part systems thinker.
