About Jamie Ford

Human Resources is the career I never knew I wanted! My family and friends would describe me as a workaholic. With a background in Customer Service Management, I must credit my success to an extremely talented VP of HR/Legal. She saw my potential and took me under her wing becoming a mentor although I did not have the typical background or education for an HR professional. While my educational journey has been unconventional, I've enriched my knowledge through practical experiences and mentorship, developing skills that align with HR expertise. My approach to continuous learning and growth has served me well. Improving processes and implementing technology is what I am most passionate about and I believe these changes enhance companies greatly. I thrive on achieving goals, making positive changes, and continuous learning. While many are afraid of change, it has always been something I embrace. A personal goal is to begin HR Consultation which will give me the opportunity to help businesses build better HR departments for their employees allowing me to make an impact at numerous companies and therefore, help many.
