About Jamie Gairo

Dr. Jamie Gairo is an experienced coach, consultant, speaker, researcher, and educator, with a special focus on leadership development, succession management, emotional intelligence, and appreciative inquiry. For over 20 years, Dr. Gairo has helped organizations cultivate transformative leaders who make a meaningful impact on the people with whom they work and the organizations they serve through her boutique consulting firm. She creates customized programs based on the unique needs of her clients and never takes a one-size-fits-all approach. She has worked in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and is frequently engaged by diverse corporate clients in a wide range of global businesses. Dr. Gairo works with organizations to help achieve their vision by cultivating the next generation of high-impact, mission-driven leaders. Dr. Gairo also serves as the Board Vice President for the National Alliance of Mental Illness (Bucks County, P.A. Chapter). At Rider University, Dr. Gairo is currently serving as the Interim Program Director for the Master's in Organizational Leadership and the Master of Science in Higher Education Assessment, Analytics, and Change Management. Additionally, she is an assistant professor in those programs and in the Norm Brodsky College of Business.
