I have experience working towards and delivering KPIs for my relevant areas on a regular basis. Working to budgets handling recruitment and managing staffing budgets to deliver an exceptional customer experience in store. I have extensive knowledge dealing with a wide range of customers and working to meet their needs in an ever changing market. Extensive IT knowledge, proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications, including Power Bi. First aid certified.
