As a sales leader with over 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record of driving growth and achieving company targets in the wholesale markets. I have successfully managed high-volume accounts in various sectors, including hunting, fishing, sporting goods, outdoor, camping, farm and ranch, military, and specialty retail markets. In my current role as the Manager of Business Development for MEATER brand at Traeger Grills, I am responsible for driving growth and identifying new business opportunities within the US market. My team manages proper execution of the brand at retail with existing partners while finding channels of expansion. We also work cross-functionally across the company to drive retail execution and success in the marketplace. We are expanding the retail toolkit to improve brand presence at retail and sales tools drive volume. Prior to this, I was the Senior Manager, National Accounts (U.S. Wholesale) at YETI, where I increased sales for Bass Pro/Cabela's and Academy Sports from $66M to $92M in 2 years and increased Regional Key Account business units from $70M to $112M in 2 years. I managed 2 National Accounts and 30 Regional Key Accounts, devised sales strategies for 1,200 SKU items in high-end cooler, drinkware, and accessory categories, and oversaw AOP planning, sell-in, sell-through, forecasting, order management, recruitment, sales training, and customer experience. I directed a 10-person sales, marketing, and account management team.
