My career began as in-house counsel to a global financial services firm and since then has evolved to include time spent as a valued Associate turned Partner within boutique and top 100 firm settings. Across diverse capacities, I have become known for not only sharp legal instincts, but also serving as a practice leader, trusted business (client) partner, and subject matter expert. Having represented a range of organizations in arbitrations, litigations, investigations, and regulatory matters – my experience is broad yet nuanced, particularly as it relates to financial services legal strategy and compliance. I make it a point to go beyond law and have been involved widely in building new practice areas, developing and mentoring talent as well as serving as a thought leader providing insights on litigation, regulatory, compliance, and fiduciary issues.
