Following a 20-year career as a senior-level corporate PR & marketing executive on accounts like McDonalds, W Hotels Worldwide, General Motors, and LinkedIn, I became aware of the rampant rate of burnout around me. I became obsessed with helping my colleagues and team members thrive. One by one, I’d help them reclaim their health, vitality, and emotional freedom by instilling new healthy habits, a hearty dose of accountability and a critical shift in perspective. Over time, I realized my power to inspire and ignite, and took my techniques from the trenches to the masses. Today, I’m a global thought leader specializing in behavior change through accountability. I’m a wellness expert, media personality, podcaster, and 1:1 coach who helps people get out of their own way in order to shine. I am a TEDx & keynote speaker, and appear on shows like The View, TODAY, & Good Morning America, delivering techniques to help peak performers earn more & stress less through optimized energy & rewired habits.
