Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the state of Texas through The Texas Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. have experience in a variety of nutritional fields including clinical nutrition (inpatient and outpatient), enteral and parenteral nutrition therapy, bariatric counseling, weight management, sports nutrition (including experience as a bodybuilding nutrition prep coach), wellness instructor, renal/dialysis nutrition therapy, product marketing/sales, and long-term care consulting. I am eager to continue expanding my knowledge in the field of nutrition and dietetics and remain teachable and open-minded. I thrive in a challenging environment and genuinely enjoy speaking with other healthcare professionals about ways to grow and strengthen the medical field through nutrition. I strive to provide a positive example by choosing to be a nutritionally and conscious individual with emphasis on wellness. I regularly include weight training in my health and wellness routine which has led me to compete in bodybuilding competitions. I have found that I feel that I am able to be the best version of myself when I eat right and regularly train in the gym. I am a very positive, determined, disciplined, humbled, and well-balanced individual who genuinely wants to help people reach their health and wellness goals. I rarely shy away from a challenge and enjoy being able to grow through new experiences. My significant other (and personal trainer) Matt, and I have a beautiful son named Rip whom we hope to influence with our passion for nutrition and physical well-being. I look forward to my evolving journey in the field of nutrition, dietetics and fitness. Currently, I am seeking full-time employment.
