Hi there! Aren’t we all glad that 2020 is finally behind us? I know I am and well aware that the road ahead has further challenges to face. Here is a glimpse into my early life and career. In my early teens, I spent too much time watching martial arts films. Jean-Claude Van Damme and Jackie Chan were so inspiring that I got off the couch and started taking GOJU-RYU Karate. I developed an innate desire to teach, and help others After a brief career as a Karate instructor, I wound up in health care during which I earned my Bachelors of Science. Fast forward 17 years and I still feel that innate passion to teach, assist and or help others which bring me here today.
