My professional background has been in retail customer service, administrative support, and security. In my personal life, I have used Windows computers since being 10 years old. I have learned my way around the system by trial and error, learning to fix various errors and ensuring the PC functioned. I have experience with the Ubuntu Linux Distribution since 2009, learning how to use Google Search to find the answers needed for specific problems.
