About Jamie Jones

Hello, I'm a recent graduate of Digital Media Arts BA at the University of Surrey. I'm prolific in the fields of writing, illustration and animation, and have a good level of experience in Premier Pro editing. In 2020 I launched a trading card game brand for Play Well For Life alongside a published children's book. My art style is zany, expressive and often cute, good for child-aimed products. I then brought this style to a mobile comic about childhood trauma, whilst working as a video game designer and writer for mobile. I'm interested in entering the games industry as a game designer or narrative designer as I have excellent writing skills and a passion and knowledge for video games. I can use Unity proficiently and have created both games and videos using Unity's timeline. I have a long background in comics writing and blogging, and co-wrote an AR game. I bring my creativity, boundless ideas and humour to every project. I also have working knowledge of Unity, Maya, Blender and other game-related programs and am a fast learner. I'm currently looking for jobs opportunities using my vast skill set and flair for ideation.
