About Jamie Kitcheman

SkillsHouse is a leading provider of employment services in Bradford, and I am proud to be part of their team of Employment Advisers since July 2023. My role is to help people find and secure suitable jobs within the local labour market, by offering them tailored support and guidance based on their needs, goals, and barriers. I have a strong academic background in Journalism and History, having completed my Master of Science degree from Leeds Beckett University in 2021, and my Bachelor's degree from York St. John University in 2020. These studies have equipped me with skills in fact finding, research, and communication, which I apply to my work as an Employment Adviser. I also have experience in the employment sector, having worked as a Recruitment Agent and an Employment Advisor at Maximus UK. There, I developed skills in employee training, career planning, and recruitment, which I use to assist my clients in improving their employability and finding their ideal career paths. I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and overcome their barriers, and I enjoy working with a diverse and supportive team of professionals at SkillsHouse.
