As an Executive Director at Chicago Fire FC, I oversee the strategic direction and operational execution of the largest and most comprehensive youth soccer platform in the Midwest. With over 12 years of experience in the soccer industry, I am passionate about developing and delivering high-quality programs and partnerships that enhance the sport and benefit the community. My core competencies include planning and managing complex projects, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, activating and sustaining strategic partnerships, and leading and empowering my colleagues. I hold a certification in Leadership and Club & Academy Management from Double Pass, a global leader in soccer development. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to grow the game, inspire the next generation, and support the vision and values of Chicago Fire FC.
