About Jamie M.

Jamie is an experienced executive-level leader with more than 25 years of experience working in general management, engineering, projects, sales, operations, and M&A. He has held a range of leadership positions in large multinational engineering businesses and smaller technology-based organizations. He has led and grown technology businesses across the Asia Pacific region and has been involved in some of the largest safety-critical transportation projects in Australia. JMcD Enterprises is a hands-on consulting and project management business that is focused on helping businesses to grow and increase their project execution, engineering, and business development maturity. We recognize that many business leaders can be too busy "working-in-the-business" to "work-on-the-business" and do not have the time or expertise to take their businesses to the next level. This is particularly true for SME suppliers who wish to participate in larger, more complex, business opportunities. Our goal at JMcD Enterprises is to be an enabler for businesses to successfully compete in new areas, to help build the process maturity and core governance processes needed to manage risk in these ventures, and to cut through the noise to deliver practical and right-sized solutions to targeted business problems.
