Following are some of the highlights of my career: I headed the launch of quality and workforce management tools within the new Telephony/PCCE platform for all National Contact Centers within the Department of Veterans Affairs. I reduced helpdesk calls by 30% and improved quality trending by 25% through developing and executing a continued billing representative training program. I improved quality scores and time efficiency by managing HR and staff development initiatives and optimizing complex workflows.
