With over four years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, e-commerce, social media marketing, and investment promotion, I am an account management and sales expert who is passionate about helping global clients secure their email domains with dmarcian, the leading provider of DMARC solutions and services. As an Account Manager at dmarcian, I manage a portfolio of clients across Europe, providing them with tailored guidance, support, and training on how to deploy and optimize DMARC, a protocol that protects email senders and receivers from phishing, spoofing, and fraud. I also leverage my network and skills to generate new leads, referrals, and partnerships, and to increase customer satisfaction and retention. Prior to joining dmarcian in February 2024, I worked at IDA Ireland, the Irish Government's agency for attracting and retaining foreign direct investment, where I assisted high-growth companies in scaling their operations in Europe and facilitated introductions to service providers and existing clients. I also supported the existing base of multinational companies in our portfolio as a representative of the Irish Government and worked with various stakeholders to improve and refine the ecosystem and the value propositions for investing in Ireland. I hold a BA in Business Marketing from Maynooth University, a Professional Diploma in E-Commerce from University College Dublin, and certifications in Leadership Communications and DMARC Fundamentals from LinkedIn and DMARC Academy respectively.
