I have worked in the AV / VC industry since I was 15 and have a passion for technology. I’m a self-driven and highly motivated person, with an enthusiastic “can do” attitude and 100% focused on customer satisfaction. I enjoy being able to help people and understand the value of providing fast resolutions to customers’ technical challenges. I have a reputation for going above and beyond for customers and always commit to them that if I don’t know the answer to their question, I will find it or find them someone who does. Having designed, deployed and integrated multiple communications platforms, on-Prem, Hybrid & cloud, I have a unique understanding of all major vendors & platforms. Over the last few years I have been expanding my knowledge and experience in the XR, Wearables & commercial drone market. Connecting front line workers with the support they need, no matter if that support is office or home based. I have now designed, managed & integrated thousands of legacy Video systems for hundreds of customers, enabling live Video conferencing feeds from Land, Sea & Air into the operations & boardrooms of companies. This covers- Heavy industry, Finance & Insurance, Medical, NHS, Renewable energy, Oil & Gas, mining, construction, Armed forces, Nuclear & protected infrastructure, Formula 1, Football, MotoGP, Automotive & manufacturing In all of my previous roles, I have progressed quickly, acquiring knowledge and adapting that knowledge to any given situation. I am an innovative technical problem solver and pride myself on my ability to come up with workarounds, resolutions and ultimately fixes to ensure increased service uptime for customers. Since 1998 i have also been working as a DJ and entertainments manager (including profiling) free-lance for- Stonegate, Town and City, Laurel, Yates, Tokyo industries(digital Newcastle) Candu, Luminar, smith and jones, Mitchells and butler, townhouse Leeds, Birdcage, Ossett Breweries and multiple other privately owned venues Specialties: Due to the multiple types of industry i have worked in i have a very comprehensive skill set. From customer service to technical, negotiation and the list goes on.
